Noruvit operates the online store at noruvit.com. We are a premium health and beauty retailer serving the European market. Our registered company name, VAT number and address will be published here once confirmed by the client. For any queries contact info@noruvit.com.
When you place an order on noruvit.com you are making an offer to purchase the products described. A legally binding contract between you and Noruvit is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, in which case we will refund any payment taken.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate at the time of display, but we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. You are responsible for ensuring that any product ordered is suitable for its intended purpose.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. We do not store card details on our servers at any time.
We ship to Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and Italy. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 6 business days depending on destination, from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
As a consumer within the European Union, you benefit from mandatory rights under EU law including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
